Notice is hereby given that the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways (WVDOH) is soliciting proposals from persons interested in performing research services for the research project entitled RP 291 – Evaluation of Deer-Vehicle Collision Rates in West Virginia and a Review of Available Mitigation Techniques.
See the RP 291 - RFP Request for Information Response document for a list of inquiries and responses related to the RFP, and any RFP revisions or additional instructions resulting from the inquires; proposals not meeting the RFP revisions, if any, listed in the document will not be considered.
