Information Services
The Chief of Information Services is responsible for the information technology direction of the DOT the Information Services Division:
- Aids in determining requirements and feasibility of new automation functions
- Develops and supports new information systems
- Maintains and supports existing information systems
- Establishes standards for equipment and software
- Acquires new software and equipment
- Provides training on supported systems
