Terry Lively, a 20-plus years veteran of the West Virginia Department of Transportation's Office of Communications, engineered the funding and production for the hour-long documentary CROSSINGS - Bridge Building in West Virginia through an FHWA TEA-21 grant.
Lively completed her MA in Media Studies from West Virginia State University and is currently teaching at WVSU as Adjunct Faculty in the Communications Department. She was recently elected President of the West Virginia Filmmakers Guild, after having served as Secretary for four years.
