Gary has thirty-three years audit experience at Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) performing audits of incurred costs (historical), proposals, forward pricing rates, accounting systems (pre-award and post-award), terminations, labor, material, allocations, equitable adjustment claims, CAS, FAR, system internal controls, disclosure statements, equitable adjustments, compensation, and restructuring. Gary also has a strong knowledge base of statistical sampling and executive compensation, in particular the practices of DCAA. He taught as part of the Defense Contract Audit Institute’s Guest Instructor program, specifically teaching the Statistical Sampling course to DCAA auditors.
