The West Virginia Department of Transportation is fully committed to the policy of the United States and West Virginia State Governments, to provide equal employment opportunity for all qualified persons in accordance with Executive Order 11246, as amended, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Employment Opportunity Act of 1972, the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title I of the Americans With Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the West Virginia Human Rights Act, State of West Virginia Executive Order No. 6-90, and Division of Personnel Interpretive Bulletin DOP_B6.
