30-mile Corridor from Logan to Gilbert, following WV 73, WV 10 and WV 80, designated as part of National Highway System  by FHWA in 1998
 
Construction of 4-lane completed for WV 73 and segment of WV 10 between US 119 and Logan
 
FHWA approved reevaluation of Categorical Exclusion Evaluation March 2002
 
Estimated total cost of Logan to Man segment is $396.9 million (2002 estimate) including engineering, right-of-way and construction; estimated total construction cost is $349.5 million ($27.2 million per mile.)
