| The West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways (DOH) seeks to construct two (2) bridge replacements (Projects) using the Design-Build procurement method. The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to select a Proposer to perform the Project services described in this RFP. The Project consists of the replacement of two bridges in DOH District Two: White's Creek Bridge on US RT 52 and Silver Creek Bridge on US RT 52; both in Wayne County, West Virginia. The Project Information Package includes information describing the work which has been performed by DOH prior to entering into the contract for the Project. This information is included in the various attachments to this RFP. This information is located at the ftp site (ftp://129.71.250.7/outgoing/Whites_and_Silver_Creek_Bridges_Design_Build/ ).
