2013 Supplemental Specifications 

The 2013 Supplemental Specifications are now available and will begin being distributed soon. 

Additionally they can be viewed and downloaded from the internet at the following location:

These Supplemental Specifications are effective for all projects advertised and scheduled to be let on January 15, 2013.
