Alternate Route: CR 67, Stewartstown Road to US 119, Point Marion Road

Notes: Monongalia County- Traffic Delays on WV 705 and US 119, Mileground Road starting Friday, February 8th through Friday, August 30, 2013 from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. Alternate Routes will be CR 67 (Stewartstown Road) to US 119 (Point Marion Road). The purpose for the delay is to construct a new intersection of the Mileground Road & WV 705 as well as widen WV 705 to the intersection of Stewartstown Road. WV 705 will be reduced to 2 lanes during the life of the project. Night time lane closures can be expected on both WV 705 & the Mileground Road. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.

Notes: Doddridge County, WV - The West Virginia of Highways advises motorists that there will be a TEMPORARY DETOUR on County Route (WV) 23, Frank's Run Bridge on Tuesday, October 23, 2012 through Friday July 12, 2013 starting at 7:00 a.m. until 7:00 a.m. (24 Hours) Traffic will be switched onto the temporary detour on the morning of Tuesday, October 23, 2012, weather permitting. Speed limit will be reduced in this area to 25 miles per hour. The purpose for the Temporary Detour is for the construction of the new bridge at Frank's Run. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.

Alternate Route: CR 50/76 & US 50

Notes: There will be Traffic Delays/ Detours on County Route 24, Johnson Ave. in Harrison County on Monday, September 24, 2012 thru Friday, May 31, 2013 starting at 7:00 a.m. (Monday thru Friday), weather permitting. The purpose for the delay/detour is to begin work on a box culvert which will close County Route 24 and traffic will use constructed detour on CR 24. Alternate Routes will be CR 50/76 & US 50 West to I-79. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.

Alternate Route: CR 44 to US 19 to WV 218 to CR 52

Notes: Marion County- The WVDOH advises motorists that there will be a road closure on Aberdean Road (Marion County 52) on Wednesday, April 17 through Friday, May 31, 2013 starting at 7:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. The detour route will be CR 44 to US 19 to WV 218 to CR 52 and vice versa. The purpose for the road closure is placement of a sewer line. Local residents will be accommodated with minimum delays. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.

Alternate Route: WV 26 and WV 72

Notes: Preston County- The WVDOH advises motorists taht there will be a Road Closure on WV ALT 72 starting on Monday, April 15th through Wednesday, July 31, 2013, 24 hours per day. Alternate routes will be WV 26 and WV 72. The purpose for the road closure is the construction of a new bridge structure at Morgan Run Arch. Motorists are advised to plan ahead and allow additional time for their commute.
