Ohio County – The West Virginia Division
of Highways advises that on Tuesday, October 4, 2016, bridge maintenance crews
will be performing bridge deck repairs on the Fort Henry Bridge, located at
milepost 0.40 on I-70 Westbound. Lane closures will occur in the slow lane and
the WV-2 Southbound on-ramp to I-70 Westbound will be closed during this time.
These closures will occur during daylight hours.
Motorists should reduce speed
and expect delays in this area. WV-2 Southbound on-ramp to I-70 West motorists
are advised to travel South on WV-2, East on 10th Street, North on
Market Street onto I-70 Westbound.
Inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances
could change this planned maintenance work.
