Pennsylvania Avenue Tunnel to Close for Repair
CHARLESTON — Beginning Monday, July 14, the Pennsylvania Avenue Tunnel along County Route 6/6 in St. Albans will be temporarily closed for repair. Work is anticipated to be complete by August 11, 2008.
Motorists may follow available detours of County Route 12, Smith Creek Road, and/or Ferrell Road.
