Harry L. Bergstrom, Chairman Designee.
Harry Bergstrom began his career as the assistant manager of a financial institution and worked in offices located in Buckhannon, WV and Charleston, WV. He was employed by the West Virginia Division of Highways in 1978 and served in several areas of the Division. He held the position of District Right of Way Agent for District 4 for 17 years before being promoted to the position of Assistant Director of the Right of Way Division in Charleston in 2005. In March of 2009 he was appointed as Deputy Chief of Staff for Governor Joe Manchin, III.
He is a native of West Virginia and a 1975 Graduate of West Virginia University holding a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration. He resides in Buckhannon with his wife. They have two sons. |

Hon. Paul Mattox Jr. serves as the Secretary of Transportation for the State of West Virginia.
A West Virginia native, he began his career at the Division of Highways as a co-op student in 1979 and worked with the Division of Highways until the fall of 1987. Since leaving the Division of Highways, he was an Associate Partner with Woolpert, LLP, and General Manager of E. L. Robinson Engineering Company. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from West Virginia University Institute of Technology and a Master of Science degree in Engineering from Marshall University College of Graduate Studies. He is a graduate of Leadership West Virginia and has served as president of the West Virginia Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers. Commissioner Mattox is a registered Professional Engineer in West Virginia, Ohio, Virginia, Kentucky and Alabama and is also a registered professional land surveyor in West Virginia. He has extensive experience in designing and managing public works projects for highways, bridges, water and wastewater systems and site development.

Hon. Mike Vinciguerra, SECRETARY, was Vice President and Manager of Paper Supply Company (now known as Jan-Pak). He has extensive experience in purchasing and management and was employed by Paper Supply Company for 35 years. Mr. Vinciguerra also serves on the Mercer County Building Commission and is very active in several civic organizations. He resides in Bluefield, West Virginia. |

Hon. Cam Lewis, VICE CHAIRMAN, of Daniels, West Virginia was Director of Enforcement for the West Virginia Department of Transportation, Division of Highways for over twenty years. Since his retirement he has been employed by Tammy Lynn Outdoor Advertising of Bluefield West Virginia. He is a former member of the WV Education and Public Employees Grievance Board. He graduated from Augusta Military Academy and Bluefield State College. He is an Elder in the Beckley Presbyterian Church and is active in several civic organizations. |

Hon. Bill Seaver, a life long resident of Princeton, attended Concord University and graduated from the Cincinnati School of Mortuary Science in 1973. Bill is involved in many community activities including: serving on the Mercer County Board of Education for 18 years, president for four years, past member of the Princeton Community Hospital Board of Directors, member of Princeton Elks Lodge, Princeton Moose Lodge, Beni Kedem Shrine Temple, Princeton Masonic Lodge, #134, Royal Arch Mason, #44, Knights Temple, #19, member and past-president of the Princeton Mercer County Chamber of Commerce, and past member of the Princeton City Council. Bill is the President of Seaver Funeral Service, Inc., which has been a family owned business since 1844. |

Hon. Victor Grigoraci is Chief Executive Officer of Grigoraci, Paterno & Associates, a Certified Public Accounting and Consulting firm located in Charleston, WV. He has over 40 years of public accounting experience and over four years as an internal revenue agent. In addition to being a CPA, Vic has earned the Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation and is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) licensee. Vic is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (past Council member), the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants (past president), and numerous state and local tax institutes, committees and civic groups and has held many leadership roles in these organizations. He is also past President of the Charleston Rotary Club and a former Board member. He has served as a director and chairman (seven years) of the Taxation of Business Committee of the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce and past president, director and current Treasurer of the West Virginia Tax Institute, and past chairman and current Treasurer of the West Virginia State Museum Board, Inc. He is a native West Virginian and a graduate of Concord University. He is serving his second four year term as Charleston City Treasurer. Vic and his wife Judy are Charleston residents. Judy is the author of several cookbooks and her recipes appear frequently in The Charleston Gazette. They have six children. |

Douglas M. Epling , Owner of Mountain Edge Mining, Legacy Resources and Hanover Resources which are coal mining operations. Was involved for many years with boxing and baseball throughout the state of West Virginia. Chief Engineer for Beckley Coal Mining Company for 19 years. Member of the Southern WV boxing Hall of Fame. Former member of the Board of Visitors at West Virginia University Institute of Technology. Served as West Virginia State Boxing Commissioner for 9 years. Presently, Chairman of the Beckley Police Commission. Member and Past Master of Coal City Masonic Lodge #156. Royal Arch Mason. 32 degree Scottish Rite Mason. Member of the Crab Orchard-MacArthur Lions Club. |
