There are several easy ways to apply for an E-ZPass Transponder.

2. Apply via mail
Please print and complete a Personal or Commercial Application. Mail the application to:

3. Apply by Fax (credit card required) at 1-304-926-3748, 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding state and federal holidays.
