There is a $10.00 refundable tag deposit.

Pre-Pay Funds via Credit Card into the account ($20.00 minimum). Example: As you pass through a mainline toll plaza, $1.30 (Class #1) will automatically be deducted from your account. No Charge will be deducted for usage at North Beckley Plaza.

There is a $25.00 charge for the purchase of each E-ZPass tag (non-refundable).

Rates are based on the WV E-ZPass Rate Table above. Example: For a 5-axle tractor trailer, the cost per toll plaza of $5.40 will be deducted from a pre-paid account of $100.00 (or whatever limit you set) as opposed to a cash rate of $6.75.

Rates are based on the Non-WV E-ZPass Rate Table above. Example: For a 5-axle tractor trailer, the cost per toll plaza of $5.87 will be charged to your Non-WV E-ZPass account, as opposed to a cash rate of $6.75.
